When it comes to the church, there are many times where people don’t get what they need in order to truly grow and mature into the leaders in Christ that they have been called to be. It may be a lack of knowledge or understanding, church hurt or a dysfunction that is happening within the structure of the organization. What I Need in Christ is a program designed to help church leaders or the congregation identify what they need as individuals to move forward and more importantly, how to get their needs met.
